Viewing Trips
Barrasford and Bird endeavour to ensure that viewing trips are focused around the client. Indeed, we purposely try to move away from the ‘arranged’ viewing trip currently on offer by most agents.
Of course, the largest difference between us and other agents is that we will show you all of the competition, before we show you our own properties. We doubt you will find any other agent in the world willing to offer the same promise.
Basically, we put the client where they should be, in control.
Once the client has reserved an apartment, they book flights at a time, departure airport and duration, suitable for them – not during ‘organised’ trips at a time suitable to us. We are in a position to offer this service due to our network of Bulgarian staff who work every day of the year from our five offices spread throughout the country.
We will of course offer advice on arranging flights and hotels and can even assist in clients obtaining reduced price flights and hotel accommodation. However, the client is under no obligation to stay in our hotels or to feel ‘trapped’ into remaining with our Bulgarian representatives whilst they are on their viewing trip. This is a conscious effort to remove ourselves form the stereotypical Spanish idea of a viewing trip when you have to stay with an agent.
All we ask is that the client gets themselves to Bulgaria. We then arrange all transfers and a viewing intenary based around them. This method has several advantages listed below;
- The client feels in control and is not pressurised in any way
- The client gets to view the competition as well as our own properties.
- The client also gets to arrange their trip around their lifestyle. They can stay for as long – or as short as they want.
- The client can explore the country after the viewing trip without having an representative standing over them to ensure they don’t look at something they don’t want them to see!
Flights
